Once again, a clear demonstration of mastery in texture and shape. Personally (and this is not to be excessively critical, as this is one of my favorite images as it is) I would soften the lighting just a tiny, tiny bit. I think that while the the specular points give the piece a great deal of dimension, I think bringing the luminance of them down, by only a few bits, say 5, would make the image much warmer (and maybe even intentionally driving the light to a warmer hue) and give it a really neat tone. This is just my 2 cents, which admittedly is worth considerably less than 2 actual pennies. As it is, this is a great image, one of my favorites!

This is absolutely gorgeous! The textures and lighting are fabulous. I'm glad you like spirals because I'm a spiromaniac. They're my favorite shapes.
