Description

Howdy all. It sure has been a long time since I've done any sort of 3d art (I think 2 versions of Vue and Poser ago - wow time flies!!) Anyhow, I just picked up Vue 6 and am looking at getting Poser 7 and hope to be back at least in some capacity. Here is a very simple image based on an image I posted many years ago. I'm just trying to get my head around Vue and 3d art once more, so there is nothing special here - but I do like this image quite a bit even though there is so much that could be done to make it better. The image was created in Vue 6 with no postwork aside from a resize and my name being added. Hope you all have been well. --Eryk

Its a very pleasant image. Lovely god-rays. Only small point - I think the direction of the wavelets in the foreground should be horizontal, not diagonal.

Sometimes simple does it best. Your lighting, textures and composition are beautifully balanced, not overdone. You could add more, but it's not really necessary. It seems you haven't lost your touch...
