Description

This crystal decanter photo was inspired by something beautiful the great timtripp uploaded a little while back (thanks, tim). The full-size is just a little bigger but much sharper. I took one with the flash and liked the bright highlights; one without to get more of the ambient orange reflections; then pasted one over the other at 50% transparency, with a little tweaking in Corel.

A most delicate, classy and elegant image! I absolutely love the texture, and the brilliance of this structure! It has a beautiful shine and glow about it, and the reflections are lovely! I can almost make out a face up at the top! Creative subject and a delightful presentation!
