Description

same church as I posted recently.another artist before posted a picture of the same hall. the walls are white but because of the floor and stain glass skylights plus the red cushions the walls come out pink.well, I refused to have pink walls. at each end of the hall there are mosaics which can be seen here thanks for viewing and any comments

The camera lens makes this look almost a little spooky--what a spare, plain church!I am used to the Catholic and Greek orthodox churches around here that are full of mosiacs and candles--I don't know if I'd like such a bare space to worship in:-)

I would be afraid of slipping on that floor Richard, it looks like glass, a wonderful shine to it. I can see why the walls would look pink tinged, you've done a great job of getting rid of it. It looks like a modern building as for it being a sparse place to worship in, who needs pomp to talk to God? Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!
