I looked up from under high Tower. I live in the mountain, I am surprised at high Tower when going to the town. (In Nagoya)

Extremely impressive shot, well done. But… why have choiced such a high ISO rating??? With lower speed you could have less noise, even if the camera you use is more recent than the one I have. With such light a speed from 50 to 200 ISO would be sufficient. 5+!
