Description

Still doing Nebulae and such, I keep finding myself coming back to these again and again. This time I wanted to try a place where new stars are being born. Hubble has been such an inspiration in that regard. The starscape at the back was made with Freecell's Glitterato plugin (which, I'm told, works not only with Photoshop, but also other photo-editing programs) and the rest was done in Photoshop through the use of a frightfully large number of layers. There are some fantastic tutorials that help with this kind of thing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0DOTsFAJSoQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1dAedHmsuk&feature=related Most of these are aimed at Photoshop, but from what I've seen most photo-editing programs are capable of pretty much the same things, these days.
