Actually how do you charge for it? I thought concepts such as this were protected under the original designers and copyright law? I'm just asking so don't take it wrong, just don't want you to get into any possible problems down the line which has happened here more than once. Best of luck though either way, it is a good job.

I don't think they can copyright a concept. I doubt anything on this model would be considered an infringement.
