Description
Visiting old places for me like traveling in time. The same location, the same things but not the same people... Someone asked me how to photograph the time. I did not know what to answer thinking it was a silly question. Now I feel that old artifacts help to create a connection between now and then and that connection is associated with the passed time.
This image was taken with a bendable lenses. Still learning how to apply the blur and distortion properly not to make the image look cool but to improve the artistic expression.
Thanks for viewing and your comments. Regards, Igor.

This is very creative and unique. I believe it is quite artistic in its portrayal of time and the passage thereof.

I think this is a very interesting style. And "interesting" really as interesting, not as "bad but I don't want to say it". Something to follow up definitely.

Avant même de lire ton commentaire, en regardant cette photographie, je me suis dit : "Ho, on dirait que le temps s'est arrêté"...

Hmm well i'm sorry to tell you this, but this blur effect.... is just perfectly putted! It just plays its focus role and amplify what you wanted to express, that is the most important! Congrats for this excellent shooting!

The old-fashioned feel of the shot gives it a sweetness it just wouldn't have if everything were familiar and shiny and new -- reminds me of Grandma's house right down to the musty smell I imagine must've been a part of this scene. It is impossible to photograph time, as far as we know, but you've done your best with the technology available and this shot came out great. Fantastic use of the bendable lens.

Nice job... i'd love to play with a bendy lens, but cant justify the cost really... so i have to think i can just do it in postwork - although i know it isnt the same. I think the fact that there are aprons on pegs amplifies the concept, you can imagine people having been there before and the room being in use, but they arent there at this moment in time.
