Description
Captured 6/2/08, very early on a deeply overcast morning, within walking distance of my recalcitrant residence.
This is the same flower photographed from slightly different angles and with different background exposure.
I would have taken a picture of another similar marigold, but, curiously, this was the only bloom of its ilk in the whole garden area.

I love Marigolds; they are special to me, cuz my Mom used to plant them around our bird bath every year. Bee's would go on them and I would trap them in a peanut butter jar .. and freak myself out -- unscrew the lid after capturing about 20 of the buggers & then run for my life. lol sorry, just a little flashback there. I'm okay now. :|
