Beautiful petunias. And as for work, that's exactly the reasons why, despite my love for animals, I can't work at a vet shelter. I'd be a tearful sobbing wreck all the time and be no good to anyone. I honor and respect all of you people who can do the work I'm too weak to do; for my part I treat my large family of furkids as well as I possibly can and hope that will make up for the poor things that don't get treated as well. Bless you!

wonderful light on the Petunias you can see the tiny hairs on the stems. brilliant shot! I was quite shocked at what I read about the Kittens that had been....I can't bring myself to type it. Always remember (its sometimes hard to believe if we listen to the news) but there are far more good people in the world than bad!

When the babies are so very young and critical, we have gone to tube feedings. It can be stressful in itself, but it insures food is getting in to them. Usually we only need to do that for a week at most. I hate it though. I always cross my fingers the tube goes down the throat and not into the lungs... So far, I've been lucky. I don't understand caculated cruelty either... This is a wonderful shot of petunias though and it does lift the spirits!
