Description
Please view full size. This lake is at 13,001 ft. The ridge in the backgound overlooks a valley that starts above timberline. As you look down the valley there are numerous beaver ponds along a creek. The snowmelt that starts here ends up eventually in the Mississippi River and then the Gulf of Mexico.
