It rained here today as well, though it didn't last long. I just want some SUN!! Great shot, those chairs and that table want nothing more than people to sit at them and have fun!!

Gosh you're hopeful! I put all my folding chairs back indoors in the hopes it will bring the sun out. It's sunny here today but a bit too chilly for the likes of me. This is the perfect pic to describe yesterday! excellent.

LOL, what a great illustration of the illustrious Brit summer this is mate :) Like Andrea, I stowed it all away last month in the garden shed, and it aint coming out until the sunshine does the same, that is if it ever does?...great capture here mate, and it works very well in monochrome.

We had a bit of drizzle in the morning of yesterday Mick, today is gorgeous sunshine, but then I am West of the Pennines and I know it was pretty bad on the East coast yesterday. Just been watching the news about the young man drowned in flash flooding in Witney, he was trapped under water at a culvert, the Fire Brigade got him out but could not re-susitate him. I feel for his family, and his friend that survived. This is indeed a great advert for the British weather, something our European neighbours think we are hung up on, discussing it that is. Lol. Works great in mono as well, a sharp if somewhat damp image. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

I'd cut off my left pinky toe for your rain! We could use it so much and it would help my yard. Hot temps are just around the corner... This is a sight I remember seeing often when I lived in New England. The spring rains were a delight. fabulous shot.
