Description

This is the final in my Tracing Rays series. I've kept this for last as it shows more of the subject than the rest of my series. The subject itself is a model of Schlieren Optics with the path of the light represented by cotton thread and the optical components represented by perspex shapes made for the purpose. No wonder it reminded me of a drop spindle for weavers. :-) This is a marvelous shot and maybe my favorite of the series. The pov is excellent and give depth to it.
