Description

This is a repost, a largely unpostworked version of the azalea from yesterday***. I tend to get a bit heavy handed (who, me???) when I start playing around with my fotos; Mick sent me a site mail with a suggestion. So I went back and undid everything and, voila!!, what did I discover??? A far more beautiful flower!! Thanks, Mick~~sometimes I need to be reminded that Mother Nature is LOTS smarter than I am!!! ps~~zoom will knock your socks off (i hope!) ***click here

They both have their merits, I guess, without doing the postwork you don't find out mistakes and if you don't make mistakes how can you learn from them. I have to admit though I do like this one better, because it has more detail. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

Yes, it's not nice to fool Mother Nature! Now this is a really gorgeous version of the aforementioned azaleas. I love the stamens and scalloped petals. And this also looks nice and sharp contrasted against the pitchblack background.
