Description

Why give someone hope only to bring them crashing back down to earth 48 hours later.... Dont care whether this is good or bad or what...I did it to help me deal with my hurt. (the orig 2 images were done for my now as of today totally officially ex boyfriend...)

Absolutely beautiful, I love it. Wonderful style and excellent realism, a powerfuly emotive piece. Sometimes strong emotions can be fuel for some amazing works of art when focused properly, as is the case here.

Amazing artwork, I can feel her pain and sorrow from here! Doing what needs to be done, rather than what the heart tells you can be difficult. Mind you, it's not as painful as being untrue to oneself. I'm sure you'll bounce back with renewed enthusiasm!

To me the pose is ambiguous. However, the picture has an interesting and (to me) appealing quality: it looks (to me) as if this front wing pats the angel on the shoulder with one finger. With some fantasy (and who of us hasn't?) it looks as if the wing belongs to some otherwise vague being bending over her. From there your mind can take you anywhere between guarding and shagging. Hope you can appreciate this view, Lou. :-)

A few years back, my wife of some twenty plus years decided that she was no longer happy. As,that was all I had ever wanted for her to be, no matter what, so I lost that which I had loved most in this world. I find it interesting to learn that, after seven years apart, she still isn't happy, apparently I wasn't the cause, as claimed after all. I've come to realize that it's much better to not be in a doomed relationship at alland or end it quickly, than to endure decades of misery, trying to make one work. I can empathise with your works for that was me not so many years ago. You will heal M'lady, and be stronger for it. You know what it is you seek and desire, go shopping when your ready to try again, you'll know without doubt once you come across them.

I feel your pain in this image and I have to say that you have done a wonderful job! I hope you feel 'yourself' again soon - it is hard to be pushed and pulled like that...my ex husband did the same to me 12 years ago and it was the true definition of the words 'heart wrenching'.
