That is a Star of Bethlehem. Some books refer to it as false garlic. We have them in early spring and love them.

Star of Bethlehem is what I remember too. I have only seen it in cooler climates though. It used to grow as it pleased in our yard. This is a lovely macro of it and the bee makes it really special.
