Description
hi everyone and thanks for looking at my image. i am open for helpful critism - as i would like to learn more in depth about my lighting techniques etc... i am not 100% happy with the lighting but i done the image darker to achieve a more realistic image without it looking a bit cheesy ( i hope).

The image looks fantastic, the darkness creates a perfect mood for the action in it. Outstanding! +5+ from doarte's MADHOUSE

I can't say anything bad about lighting :) Nice picture.

It looks very good, the lighting and background are dark and dramatic, but tend to dull down your subject. I would suggest some stark relief lights, like a mostly dark scene with one brighter spot on the face or shield from above, to make the figure stand out a little more. A little more detail in your background, perhaps something that fades to a darker color towards the bottom might also bring out your subject. Very nice work, keep it up!

Really great render!!!!!

I would recommend a narrow spotlight above and slightly in front of the figure. Experiment with colored light for dramatic effect. Also experiment with and w/o shadow. This is really an excellent, excellent composition but a little extra light on the subject will make it pop!
