Description
This was done for a dragon contest at ArtZone. This piece won 3rd place in the contest! The rider is Apollo Maximus, the clouds were done with Ron's Fog brushes and the water with Ron's Splash brushes.

Thanks for the comments. I've never seen "Waterhorse" but sota remember seeing comercials. A co-worker mentioned the similarity too.
