I've been through a lot of emotions lately, beginning with our 1st child graduating from High School, and now this week, we've been preparing for the big Graduation party starting at noon today. Patrick (hubby) and I decided to get away from it all for a while yesterday, late afternoon/early evening, just to clear our minds and just get away. It was good for us both. We even brought Bud, our dog. :) We spent time along the lake and did some hiking and then on our way home, he suggest I took this turn .. for more scenic shots. I saw this off to the left and thought wow, how peaceful. The tall grass out there looked so soft and the sky was so pretty, after days of clouds and no sun, and lots of rain and storms, this was a welcome site to see. I thought I'd share it with you. I dedicate this to Patrick; my husband of 23 years ... we are now facing yet another special time in our lives when our babies are all growing up and Graduating and going to college. Life just keeps getting better and better, and seems we always have so much to live for, and look forward to ... and appreciate. Thank you all for your time, support & friendship.
