Aesthetically it's stunning. I like the contrasting eye and skin colors, and her lips are great. Her eyes, although extremely beautiful, look a bit like glass to me, not sure why. It's still a pleasure to look at.

The lips are my favorite part, those are really great. The eyes, although beautiful, look a bit like glass to me. The skin has some blurred areas which seem not very natural. Anyway, this is really nice overall.
