DurlyBeachBum was curious about the inside of the building, so what the heck... :)
Not a special shot, per say, but I'm standing on a small dirt spot, about 3 (maybe 4) foot deep. The little foot bridge takes you from the door step across the water. The water, as you might suspect, comes from the spring just outside the door. Given how part of the floor is dug out, it's obvious it was on purprose. What that purpose might be though, I have no clue...
So, anybody seen anything like this elsewhere?

Yes, in France; a shed built over a river, for fishing. Maybe that's the purpose here? Or maybe the water was used for something else, like a brewery or distillery? Nice image!

Gosh, how interesting! Thankyou for that, Spike!! I saw something on TV with a little building like this, but it was on a river and I think it was for catching eels. Well this definitely isn't for that, I do hope someone knows!! I suppose it could be a laundry house, what a waste of lovely fresh spring water if it is!
