Description
This is a building that is close to Tower Bridge and is on the south side. This picture is taken from Tower Bridge and i will upload 2 more pictures of it. I can not remember the name but i have been in London 4 times and have taken aprox.10.000 pictures,so its hard to remember them all.If you know what the name is and what it´s use is then feel free to put it on here.

It's the City Hall, where Boris is now :) I was there the other week... love the area, it has loads of lines to play with... especially if you want to play with the contrasts between the sweepingly oval amphitheatre ("The Scoop") and the building itself.
