Here is what I had written when I posted this one the first time back in September 22, 2006; "In the classic science fiction 'Dune' chronicles, the Reverent Mother was a force to be reckoned with. Most often, she was exquisitely beautiful, extremely intelligent, resourceful, and powerful, had lightning fast reflexes and could control mere mortals with her voice. She used spice sparingly to assist her with extending consciousness." Some of the comments expressed were: You forgot that she also was extremely machiavelic and mysterious, had ambitions of her own (or the order), and thus feared and hated. No wonder they called them sorceresses (I only read Dune in French, shame on me)... A very interesting image, anyway, congratulations! Yes. The spice turned the users eyes blue within blue, which made even the whites of the eyes blue. If you look closely (zoom in) at the lady, you can see this effect. Long live the fighters! I love it. I also think it is kind of telling that she is standing on a checkered floor. Much like a chessboard. Dune with its myriad of characters and plots was like a well orchestrated chess game.
