The headpiece is a freebie from Daz 3D, I believe I found it in their freebie archive section (http://free.daz3d.com/free_weekly/archive_list.php) I have no idea if you need to be logged into their site to access it though. If you can't find it there, try searching in the Daz forums under either "Daz Freepozitory" or "General Freepozitory" for "V3 Hajib", and if you still can't find it then I'll see what I can do about getting it to you. By the way, the V3 Hajib headpiece doesn't cover the entire head, it was intended for the regular head of Victoria 3 obviously so there was some work that had to be done. To get it to that point I had to insert three of them and play with their arrangement until it looked right. This was done by rotating and moving them around then making some pieces invisible so that it wound up covering everything.
