Description
The U.S.S. Indianapolis played a vital role in WW II by delivering the bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima and was sunk by a Japanese sub after it completed that mission. All comments are welcomed.

She was a fine ship with a good crew. A Navy communications SNAFU caused the death by exposure and sharks of so many survivors in the water after a Japanese sub torpedoed it. The captain got a raw deal from the court of inquiry, but the Navy still won't acknowledge it.
