G'day All! Here is a guy that is called a Rainbow Lorikeet that I crossed when walking around Watsons Bay. They are all over Sydney & just love the bird feeders :) I just love the colors they have on them & I can tell you that they are noisy :) Thanks for viewing & your comments... Take care Shane

Yes they are noisy but what a wonderful sound. When they fly over in a bunch I just had to stop and look. What a sight I saw in Perth once, a whole tree was covered in them [of course I didn't have my camera] it was awesome. You have captured this one beautifully and clearly.

What a beautiful shot! I had a bird just like this and his name was Coconut. :) They are indeed very loud and mine was very cheeky. I knew they came from Australia, it must be wonderful to see them being free.
