When my son introduced me to the world of fractals more than 20 years ago I watched that old Amiga 500 rendering for ages to produce a zoom into a Mandelbrot fractal. It was exactly such a set of three spirals going deeper and deeper that fascinated me. Your lovely spiral brings back so many fond memories. Thank you for this, Dirk! :D
