I did not know her personally but have seen/admired her photography over the years. She was an extraordinary soul and talented photographer; well loved by all those who knew her. This community and world is a far darker place without the brilliance of her heart and soul. May she rest in peace. They say “To live in hearts we leave behind is to never die.” So it is with Valerie.

A man of large heart knows can generate the capacity of his missing friends and give them a great satisfaction. The distress to generate then to relieve us for the moment, the tears dominate our reddened eyes of the loss of a friend. Cheer my friend this is sublime like dedication in mémorium.
