Description

I was one of the winners of the first Philter Phrenzy contest at graphics.com with this image. The challenge was to download and use Harry's Filters to create an image. The photo of my niece was taken by her sister, Carlye. I used a variety of filters on the shot , then created a pattern from the shots. I applied the pattern to Jroulin's Demon Dress which Victoria 4.2 is wearing.
