Description

This image was captured in the gardens at Orange County Community College in Middletown, NY. After seeing all the wonderful close-ups with critters of various types, I thought that I would try taking one. This fly was the only critter to stay in place for its first, and probably only, photo appearance. Enjoy!

Nicely done! I really admire your willingness to get out there and try new things and take different sorts of shots. I'm not big on bugs, but I can certainly see that this is an excellent capture! I like the shadow of his wings on the flower petals. Cool stuff!
