Description
Taken at a place called "Hell" in the Groot Winterhoek Mountains, South Africa, sometime in the mid 1980s. It's one of my favourite spots on the planet - a six-hour hike followed by a precipitous 200m climb down to a mountain pool the size of a football field. And this guy's around to deal with anyone who doesn't respect the mountain code...
