Description

Slavic folklore - a dead unbaptized child. It gets its name (meaning 'Yeller') because of its terrible scream.

Now that's just plain...creepy. Certain images bypass your brain and head straight for the gut. This is one of them.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I am unresolved about this work as it is a departure from my regular methods. I am glad it resonates for you. It is scary - a tad disturbing - I will continue to explore fantasy beasts, ghouls and creatures.
