Description

to all the dads out there. I know what most be doing and that is eating too much today. I made this post roast to weeks ago and shot three close ups of the pot thinking of putting them together. here it is and my sons and they family say it was the best they ate. Just thow in potatos ,onions, carrets, spices you like. I did go easy on the red peppers for some of the childrens can not handly it yet. A can of beef stock, and home grown tomatos slice to go on top. Cook it for three hours and it falls apart on you; so good make your eyes roll back into your head. happy Father day youall. got to go to eat at my son's father in law now be back

So much better than St. Patrick's Day corned beef and cabbage. Chuck roast vs. brisket leads to rolled roast stuffed. Some would want biscuits on top and a shepherd's pie.

just had the stove lighting on guess i should had the flash on . oh well live and learn. oh that 500mm mirror lens I bought at a pawn shop I went to the camera store and forgot to bring the lens . they told me I can not buy nothing to make the len fix so when i got back home i find the len sitting by the door lol anyway just before I went to bed I looked at the len and wonder why the numbers was not on the side of the len. I strated to turn it and it was hard then i saw it slide out this tube that was on it and I saw I could try to put it on the camera then for before it was in the tube and would not come close to going on. Anyway the len fix on the camea perface. lol the tube was the sun sceen lol now I can set the focus and other stuff you can on the len. so happy those camera people at the store did not know what they talking about for they say if it was not made for a Nikon it would not fix at all. The len is a Sol... something like that i do not have it in the coffee shop. tell you all later as I take photos with it and upload them

Ya know, I like the lighting. It gives it an authentic feel as if it is just sitting on the stove waiting to be enjoyed. Besides looking so delicious, I also noticed you and I have the same pot! I grew up seeing it on our stove at home and when my mother died, it was passed to me. One of the best pots made for even heat. Do you have the lid for yours? I still have the one that goes to mine. :-)
