Longgggg-standing interest in photography, first class in high school in the 60's, but was too expensive a hobby until my first digital camera about two years ago. Now I'm more prolific. :-D I am BRAND NEW to computers, so any advice on image enhancements probably should wait until I learn how to click, double-click, and drag...
I enjoy taking landscape shots and shots with a historical context, especially around Kittitas County, Washington.
The portraits in my icon and homepage image were taken last winter by the woman who is known here at Renderosity as PumaWalkingSoftly (aka Windchime Photography), thanks Laura!

I used to have a patch of these at our last house. I loved them. They wouldn't let weeds grow in them, which was really nice. I miss having them, and they do bloom. They are succulents. I should get some for my new garden. ;o) Excellent capture!

A great presentation, in a fascinating light! I like how some of them seem to stand out, so vibrantly, while others seem to gently blend in with the background! Wonderful subject and a delightful composition!
