Description

Finished the first Prompt on my list. Go me. Why Rufus? Why Tseng's name in Katakana? Why this prompt? It's inspired by karanguni's awesome fanfiction and my!Reno/Tseng Arc in which Rufus is kind of Tsengs Nemesis and vice versa. Although I suck at drawing Rufus. Second try on him. Program: Photoshop CS2 Time: approx. 3 hours
