Description

This probably isn't a finished work, or at least it shouldn't be, I guess - but it's gone on long enough on its aimless path that I'll probably leave it as is, for now at least. Coral-ish object: Xeno Dream 1.5. All materials: finalRender Architectural (I'm still struggling with the node based materials), "salt flats" being a finalRender micro displacement of a high contrast bitmap of some shale slabs found on the southern Oregon coastline, near here. Cinema 4D, Cebas finalRender, post processing: optikVerve Labs Virtual Photographer - "ambience" filter.

That is a very striking piece! I thought it was some type of Macro photograph, at first, and now I'm even more impressed. Very cool!
