Description

Check my previous to see the "before photoshop" version. Lots and lots of adjustment layers, sorted out the figures pose a litle, added all the veg, fixed some glitches in the terrains and buildings, added exhaust fumes to the little ships, added glow to most of the "lights" and....and.....and..... Thanks and enjoy!

Wow, this is a real lesson in postworking from a true master. Here I thought the original was good, but this is just incredible!

Very nice! It's interesting to compare this one with the previous (though you did reverse them, making a little hard for my poor eyes.) In some ways, I liked the first one better (mainly the foreground lighting), but the more closely I look at it, I can see all the things you've added and fixed. Well done!

Fantastic image and great postwork! I ever thinked that if your goal is to obtain a still 3D image with an "artwork" taste, you MUST deeply work on your render in 2D with Photoshop or other bitmap progs (as I always do). If you don't, you usually have only a vivid, and sometimes beutiful image, full of gelid geometries and dolls (as almost all the images posted on Renderosity). This is TEN TIMES true if the 3D program used is Bryce. ;) Is clear that sometimes some "pure 3D" image is a masterpiece, but rarely...

W-o-w...... That's a stunner - looks even better at full size! The scale of this work is awesome, almost makes me dizzy looking up at it! I love the details too - the vegetation, great mats on the buildings, the ships high above and of course the lone figure taking it all in. Superb - 5 stars from me!
