Very nice and inviting spot ... and I hope the tree lives through the year. Prolly just needs to make it to the bench for a rest. Well done.

beautifully merged, i wouldn't have noticed if i had not read the notes. love how the sun is filtered through the trees, i think i hear a little breeze rustling the leaves, and oh! look! did a chipmunk just scitter across that tree reaching over the path?

Around here a number of trees bent down with not such easy gait. The yellow tape is still up. I'll just keep on moseying.

Beautiful shot Richard. Nice and peaceful spot. The branch looks to be alive..not sure though. But it's a little hard to see on the photo. I have seen that branch thing during my work with bonsai trees. It most likely happend slowly during several years i would think. Started like a small stick not growing vertical. And then got longer and longer.. bending more and more throught the years. As long as it happens slowly.. it could grow in a circle.. 360 degrees.
