I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime

When rendering thumbnails for Annie I got the impression that she looks a lot like a typical "flower child", a hippie girl. And I remembered my teenager time, the hippie aera was almost over and gave us a last fashion trend with cheap and colorful indian clothes that we young girls liked a lot.
Of course this was not in ′69 but in the early and mid-seventies. But the lyrics by Brian Adams are perfect for this image and so I used them here.
...but only the first part. I think the whole song is one of the sadest I know. Too bad if you have to say that your best time lies decades behind you!
The whole scene gave me the perfect reason to use the fantastic Bollywood clothes by tabala again, because they are drop-dead beautiful and because I wanted to show you that there is more in them than "just" exotic themes.
So I dedicate this to you, Kristina. Sometimes you pick up a rough idea I have and in the end I always have a dream-come-true in my hand. And then again you create something that I badly needed - but didn't know about needing it until you send it to me. Wherever you pick up your ideas, during a phone chat, on the streets or by watching people: They are always original and so much you - enough said, I think you and everyone else to whom it may concern knows what I am talking about!
Technical: This is an almost pure render, just a touchup on the arm was needed and a bit colorshifting on the little bow. The beautiful hair (Twin Braids) was done by Fabiana/FK-design, the sweet bows come with the hair figure.
The flower-wreath is an older model for V3 made by royloo.
The barseat is a freebie from DAZ, the guitar is from the Spring of 76 pack (DAZ).
