Hello nice ppl! Just a modest reminder...39 yrs ago a man left its footprint on a Moon. How cool is this!! Makes me wonder why our moon doesn't have a name. We just call it MOON...while all the other planets' moon out there has names.... have a most out of your weekend where ever You are in a big wide world...seeya

I think Moon is just it's last name because I've heard it called Harvest Moon, Sailor's Moon, Blue Moon... a bunch of first names. LOL This is a really wonderful shot. Good contrast and good thought provoking question.

Tunde, Tunde, Tunde....if you're talking anniversaries, man first stepped on the moon on July 20, 1969, not in June. If you're not talking anniversaries, my apologies for being presumptous. Anyway, terrific tortuous textural ring effects in this bark shot, young lady! It does look like a footprint! I also like footprints of BigFoot.

Hum, you got me there. We just call it moon. Very nicely done. Guess we should give it a name one of these days. Nice work. Aloha

I have heard it called Blue over Kentucky, but not in here, only the sun is mentioned deep in the heart of Texas.anyway the world leaders would go to war trying to agree on a name.better just "moon" does look like a foot print. well found and capture
