Description
So what's a demoness to do when she needs a good backscratch? Why, she turns to her loyal dragon companion to do it for her. :)
Sometimes I go into a picture knowing exactly in my head what I want to do. Sometimes I just wing it, go with the creative flow, to see what will happen. This picture was the latter.
I started out with the basic background. Then I looked for a cool pose for Vickie. Since there was a table, I thought let's have her sit on it. After this, the thought was she should have a companion. Hey, a dragon would do the trick. But what would the dragon be doing? Sitting there, nudging her, being a pest, what? And then it hit me (maybe because I had an itch at the moment or maybe a random thought of genius, you decide). Wouldn't it be fun to have the dragon be her backscratcher?
Of course, I wanted to do something unique for Vickie so at first she was going to be a vampire. Then I was looking around in my props and came upon the horns. And thus, she became a demoness.

P.S. I used Poser 6 and Photoshop CS3 to create this picture.
P.P.S. Our wonderful phone company (that I happen to work for) accidentally cut off our phone and internet service. So I was unable to be 'on line' from home for the past day or so until they fixed the line. I tried to go in at work to post comments to all my favorites but I've probably missed a few folks along the way. I will be playing 'catch up' on comments tonight. Okay Lori the title had me wondering what to expect and this is soooo superb. Great idea and so much fun and on top of that a brilliant job of bringing it to life. Sorry about the phone problems, but glad your back on now.
