Description
This is for Inaki(Arbelain) my friend.
The last log home I was involved with.
I was on this one for a year and a half.
there was a very large amount of log railing
inside and out,six sets of log stairs and the railings for those-log siding
on the upper portion of the house and garage-log siding
at the interior great room /upper portion-not to mention all exterior decorative log work-out lookers.and 45 degree knee braces-corner logs
and log window rim including arched windows. Also all exterior/interior framing which in log homes is
more complex then normal framed houses. This was a monster.I did the majority of this construction sans assistance-I burned out after 16 years of log home construction all over the U.S.(Alaska too)
(including three trips to Japan for log work)and 18 years prior to that framing custom homes-thanx for looking.I still swing a hammer just not at huge objects.I still have all my fingers.
thanx for looking.
P.S.For all you tree huggers here at Renderosity
who might find this offensive
fuck you

I was in Grass Valley, California in 1980 following the trail of the inventor of the Pelton wheel. It has a nice Victorian main street. Not many Pelton artifacts though. You know the reality of heavy timbers.

"Only you can talk with a person who knows how to do something Well. The most of the people does the things 'in that manner', but a person who does something Well, knows what mean catching himself in the innerce tendence, who takes to the inevitable 'normal' result ('in that manner', but not Ok, not Well Made, so is in the subjetive idea that is Ok, like the inmensity of the humans, who by this law they never understand themself, they dont have the experience of correcting the tendence to do it 'in that manner', they dont catch 'seing' themselfe with the enough intensity so they hate to do, finally, the things 'in that manner'."" Gurdjieff to Ouspensky in the book "In Search To The Miracoulus". (Not literally translated) --- --- In spanish, because i think you have a 'babel-fish' and you understand enough the mechanical translations (i hope). ............. Hope can be understanded with the technologies, my friend. ------------ Now a jock: I see all the money you win, in that red sportif motor car -ahaha!
