I recognize Chicago! This actually looks like an area of Rogers Park...I lived in such a place and always thought that my rear-view looked like something out of "The Honeymooners." This is a fantastic shot that brings back one of the reasons why I miss Chicago. There's a vibe here that captures so much more than what's shown. Great work, and your choice of black and white is perfect and timeless.
