first picture, it's like a dream, like she's walking into the room, coming to show you attention... then the second picture is like something else grabbed her attention and you are no longer the subject. ...outfit and blur makes this picture... great looking character.

I like the second one much better. In the first one, she looks lost in that big scene and space. In the second one, the framing is much better and brings back the main focus and attention on her and we notice the blur and the details. Plus she's a bit turned away from the camera so it's more dynamic and interesting. Nice contrast of colours.
