Description
These Light Cicles were taken on a side street in New London, CT ~1999 and are representative of the classic light patterns reported and photographed internationally. With possibly millions of these reflections manifesting, can one rationally ask "Are they random?" Au contrair, I say, they are not random but gentle and joyful signs manifested by Maitreya who makes His approach to Humanity to bring the message of Sharing.
