Description
When I took this pic, I wrote down the plant's name but can I find that paper now? No way!
However, it's only another blonde/senior moment, so I shan't worry!
The inside fascinated me, as it looks as if the stamens are playing horseshoes!
Thanks for stopping by.

What a beautiful glowing color! I can't think of the name myself, but you've made a gorgeous capture nonetheless!

Purple is my favourite colour and this is a fine example of a beautiful flower. I love the detail you have captured in the stamen - they do indeed look like they are playing horseshoes LOL! An excellent capture Chris. Hugs xx

Fine macro of the lovely blue flower, with its stamens staging a riot of some sort. Water drops, as is their wont, add loverly zest to flower photos.
