Hello to all my Friends here on Rosity.
Well Marcy, I said I would do a special render this weekend,
after my return from NYC, just for you. Here it is.
I hope you (Marcy aka: Shahlaa) and everyone else enjoys it.

Note: View full screen for maximum sadness...lol.
Technically, one of my most difficult image renders to date.
Required me to build a complete house and render it with
all the good memories. Then, replace the house with an
exact version that's been burned down and re-rendered.
Both renders then over laid in a paint program and allowed
selected fond memories to fade through to the burned one.
Credits:
Kitten from Daz Millenium Tabby Cat.
Posed all ten cat variations in Poser and imported to Bryce.
Also used the Daz Cherry Blossom tree.
Fish & Boy from Poser also.
All other Models by me using Wings3D.
The Rain Mat is mine and available on my homepage.
Both renders in Bryce 5.5.
Overlay done in Corel Paint 8.

What a concept and execution! This is very good. Love how you got the whole memory superimposed onto the shell of the house and it's surrounding the cat in the foreground. Excellent composition

you always have so much great details in your art dude ;) and an added sense of cuteness come humor ;) which i like! i have just become a foster parent to my daughters 2 cats for 6 months whilst they are away and they are lovely to have around the house and do exactly the same things that the cats in your image are doing ;)...'get down off the tv'!!!! 'stop chewing my feet' lol! hahahaha i love em really ;)

On vacation as I drove thru the middle US, I could see the pain of so many homes underwater, yes there are many sad time for those, it is always devastating for those affected, creative composition:):):):):)

When I first opened the image my first reaction was 'Oh my gosh, somethings happened to Dusty." After reading your words I realized that Dusty is alive and well and I was so thankful! For those of you commenting, who do not know Dusty, he is a cat and a very beautiful one at that, also very vocal and he loves to bite me..LOL. The image is beautiful Dave...but the meaning behind it brings tears to my eyes...Memories can be both good and bad...my memories with you are beautiful, cherished treasures that no one can ever take away from me! I can look back on each and every one and feel love, happiness, peace and hope! You brought those things into my life and you still do...I miss you so much that my very soul cries....I remember the talks and the hugz, the caresses and the laughter between us, each and every one. I remember walking hand in hand, the trips we took together and the pure pleasure of just being close to you. You and you alone have completed my life and I can't wait until I am back with you once again making sweet memories together that we as a couple can share for the rest of our lives....I love you!
