Description

Many years ago, women always had their Fancywork with them so their hands would never be idle; still it wasn't "work", such as mending or such (which would be demeaning to the man of the house). I believe some long ago and far away woman whiled away many and many an hour doing fancywork on this lovely silken spiral........I can see her needle flashing as her hands create a magical spiral of beauty. You really do need to see this in full view to see it properly.
