Description

More from the South Lakes Wild Animal Park in Cumbria UK. I'm hoping I have the title correct because the Guide book only shows the bright red (Scarlet)or blue and yellow macaws and although I have cropped the tail feathers out of view with this green bird they are much shorter than the those Macaws shown. I'm worrying about JeffG7BRJ just now because I think he suffered with his back and legs walking around the Wild life park and he hasn't posted anything since we arrived back. I know he has some good shots and a few funny ones (at my expense lol) I hope he is ok.

OH How beautiful it is with so lovely colors. Yeah lets hope that Jeff is alright and just feels like having a little braek after the trip. But I can understand why you worry.

Lol @ GBCalls comment, the bird wasn't the only one a tad wet, everybody was a lot wet, It started raining whilst we were paying to get in and it didn't stop until well after we left. It wasn't a total washout though, we managed to get a few shots. Excellent capture of this one Alan, I felt sory for these as they were outside and didn't have anywhere to shelter, I was cold and wet so what did this little chap feel like? Superb work mate. Bravo!!!!! I'm OK but my internet has been down for a couple of days.
