As the adventurer ventured into the cave he didn't seem all that worried about what he would find. He figured that the rumors and tales of creatures in the caves where just myth's, bedtime stories told by the locals to scare the children. As he traveled deeper into the cave he found bits and pieces of clothing, a few treasures here and there. And then some things that no warrior or adventurer would leave behind like swords, shields, bows, quivers full of arrows, you name it, it was there. At this point he was becoming a little uneasy especially when he ran across the remains of several human beings. He heard a strange sound, kind of high pitched but a sound he had never heard before, and there was the clicking sound like something sharp and pointed clicking against the rocky bottom of the cave. Something moved over to his right and he turned to face it, there before him was a creature like he had never seen before. It was part woman and part spider, and she acted as if she was trying to lure him in, for the kill he was sure. To his left another one appeared in the distance and no telling how many more might be watching from the darkness of the cave, and the thought crossed his mind, maybe he should've listened to the stories the villagers told, maybe they were not crazy and the stories were not bedtime stories after all. He would have to apologize to them once he made it out of this alive, if he did make it out alive as he positioned himself to fight off the evil that was before him.......
